The Contact Centre is a 24-hour first point of contact.

The Contact Centre provides the following services:

  • Comprehensive information on train travel in national and international passenger rail transport,
  • information on ZSSK products,
  • special group bookings,
  • booking requests for the carriage of disabled and wheelchair passengers,
  • tracking for a customer’s forgotten or lost item,
  • free parking – issuing parking cards,
  • processing of group bookings of pupils and students with 100% discount.
