What can we transport as the courier shipment
- Maximum weight per shipment is 5 kg,
- Minimum size of the shipment is 100 x 150 mm,
- Maximum size of the shipment is 400 x 500 x 500 mm,
- Long objects can have max 150 mm diameter, resp. 150×150 mm and the length 1000 mm,
- Maximum value of the shipped item cannot exceed 166 €.

Guidelines
- The consignment must be properly packed and the address of the sender and the recipient must both be on the package
- To dispatch the shipment on time, we kindly ask you to bring the consignment to the approved ZSSK ticket-desk latest 30 minutes prior to the departure of the selected train
How to accept the shipment and pick it up
- The shipment can be picked up at the delivery station 30 minutes after arrival of the delivering train,
- the person accepting the delivery needs to confirm the acceptance by presenting the identity document and legible signature,
- the legal person accepting the delivery confirms the acceptance by presenting the identity document and by the legible signature,
- if a person is accepting the delivery on behalf of a legal person subject, this person will have to confirm the acceptance using one of the following procedures:
- stamp imprint and legible signature,
- actual commercial registration status (not older than 3 months), identity document and the legible signature,
- the written authorisation (original) authorizing the person for shipment acceptance on behalf of the legal subject, presenting the identity document and legible signature
What to do if the shipment was not picked up
In case the shipped consignment is not picked up until 12pm on the day of the delivering train arrival, the carrier will inform the sender about the state of the shipment and will deposit it for 5 consecutive days. The carrier will, then, realise the consignment claim and charge for the deposit. After 5 days of deposit, the consignment is considered as the lost & found and will be sent into the central lost & found deposit.
