If you purchase a single ticket at the ticket desk at one of our bigger stations or online, we offer free reservation, on IC train the seat reservation is included in the ticket prices.
On birthdays, you can use the 1st Class on domestic trains (except IC trains) for 2nd Class fare with a free seat-reservation (except for 1st Class on SC trains), which you pick up at the ticket office prior to the journey.
Also Season Ticket for Selected Routes can be purchased in the 1st class version for discounted price.
If you decide to travel in the 1st class and you are already in the train, then you can pay the 1st class fee in any train.
The seat reservation in daylight fast trains Bratislava – Žilina – Košice – Humenné can be purchased without the onboard-purchase surcharge.
