Cancelling the tickets

• not later than until 24:00 of the day preceding the day on which the train departure is planned – the cancellation fee is 10 % of the original price of the ticket, minimum 1€,
• latest 2 hrs prior to the planned train departure from the boarding station (or, when travelling from abroad to Slovakia, the departure in the first station in Slovakia where the train stops regularly according to its timetable) – the cancellation fee is 50 % from the original ticket price, min. 1 €,
• later than 2 hrs and after the train departure – the ticket can still be returned, the cancellation fee is, however, 100 %,
• if the reasons of disruption are on the carrier’s side, the ticket will be accepted for return without any cancellation fee.
