ZSSK Terms of Service is a document regulating the conditions under which the carrier – the Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko a.s. (ZSSK) transports persons, luggage, animals and objects on the network of railway tracks. It also contains tariff conditions as well as price lists of all types of fares and the method of their calculation.
The timetable is available for passengers online, information about it is available at the contact centre, at customer service centres, and can be obtained from train crews on trains and at ticket offices.
