Ticket purchased in ticket desk

One-way ticket purchased in ticket desk are valid for 2 days, returntickets for 4 days,
the discount tickets are available for pupils or students, seniors, for KLASIK, MAXI KLASIK, JUNIOR card holders and czech In-card or for group of passengers,
the unused ticket can be returned in first day of validity with sanction 10 % from price (min. 1 €, max. 4 €).

The destinations are only selected as examples, you can also choose tickets for any other possible route between Slovakia and Czech republic.

One-way tickets can be purchased in the e-shop for all trains between Slovakia and the Czech Republic until the train leaves the passenger’s boarding station.
seats can be purchased in the e-shop for all trains between Slovakia and the Czech Republic no later than the departure of the train from the passenger’s boarding station,
sleeper or couchett tickets can be purchased in the e-shop for all ZSSK and ČD trains between Slovakia and the Czech Republic no later than 2 hours before the departure of the train from the departure station,
seats, couchett and bed tickets can also be purchased separately.

The tickets are valid in 2nd or 1st class,
the ticket is valid on tickets train or other train for two days (until midnight of next day), but passenger has to start the journey in first day of validity,
the ticket is bound on passenger, whose name is written on the ticket,
the ticket or seat ticket does not have to be printed and can be downloaded on smartphone,
bed and couchett ticket has to be printed on paper
the ticket for seats in the night trains in international transport are mandatory,
the international tickets are not valid in InterCity trains and you need to purchase a surcharge.

The ticket can be returned until the departure of train from passengers boarding station with sanction 10 % from price of ticket (min. 1 €, max. 4 €),
bed and couchett tickets can be returned until two hours before the departure of trains regular schedule boarding station with sanction 10 % from price of ticket (min. 2 €),
the seat tickets can be returned until the departure of train from passengers boarding station with sanction 100 % from price,
returns must be made through an online form.
