Seat Reservation Service on Call – MAXI KLASIK

Seat reservations in 1st class will be compulsory as of 18th May 2020. The holders of the MAXI KLASIK Pass have seat reservation for free, they can collect the reservation ticket at ZSSK ticket-desks and in the E-shop.

The service is available in the mobile operators’ networks of Orange, Slovak Telekom a O2 Slovakia, not in foreign operators networks.

Calls to 18 188 are charged at a higher rate, the cost of these calls will not exceed €0.30/min. The price of the call depends on the tariff of your operator.

Call us, confirm your request and receive your ticket

Call us* on 18 188 (Contact Centre of Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko). Calls to 18 188 are charged at a higher rate, the cost of these calls will not exceed €0.30/min. The price of the call depends on the tariff of your operator.
Choose the train and ticket type, give us the number of your MAXI KLASIK card and your mobile phone number. You will receive the information SMS to your mobile phone, Simple procedure in three steps:

  • Confirm the information SMS within 10 minutes by sending an empty SMS (if the empty SMS cannot be sent, insert the blank space),
  • You receive SMS seat reservation to your mobile phone, which enables you to board the train and use the seat you reserved (our train personnel will check the SMS ticket and the MAXI KLASIK card).


For which trains can the reservation be issued?

  • For all domestic trains in the 1st and the 2nd Class coaches, where the reservation is possible, except for the InterCity, SuperCity and EuroCity trains.
  • The reservation can be purchased earliest 60 days prior to the journey and latest prior to the train departure.
  • The service is available in the mobile operators’ networks of Orange, Slovak Telekom, O2 Slovakia and SWAN Mobile – 4ka, not in foreign operators networks.
