• When purchasing your travel documents in one of our Customer Centres or sales points it is possible to pay all available domestic and international tickets of Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko with the finances deposited on Credit Account (including the weekly/monthly season tickets for selected routes, reservations, berth and couchette tickets and the bicycle tickets) up to 500 €. Exception are the tickets for Bratislava Integrated Transportation System (IDS BK), the connection buses tickets, Aquapass Poprad or trains of private carriers on the line Bratislava – Komárno and back,
• When purchasing your travel documents online, the holder of Credit Account can use the finances deposited on the Credit Account for all the tickets that can be purchased with the button Ticket Purchase. You cannot use the Credit Account to purchase tickets sold via specific form (season tickets for selected routes, student season tickets for selected routes, rail passes for Tatra Electric Railway, tickets for Bratislava Integrated Transportation System (IDS BK)

Bonus credit cannot be used for these tickets and travel documents:

• Tickets, that were not purchased with Credit Account deposit,
• Selected international tickets with so called global price (e.g. EUROPA EXPRES, EUROPA EXPRES BUDAPEST, BERLIN SPECIAL, transfer ticket for Motorail, InterCity Košice – Vienna ticket),
• International berth and couchette tickets,
• Customer Cards JUNIOR, KLASIK, SENIOR and MAXI KLASIK,
• Packings – tickets combining discounts and offers of our partners (e.g. Packing Pendolino to Prague),

Bonus credit can be used for purchase of one ticket with the price of minimum 1 € for up to 25 % of the ticket price (or 50 %, if you have also a bonus credit for claim of compensation in case of IC train delay) and in case of international tickets – this can be limited for a certain part of the ticket price

• If you decide to return the ticket purchased with Credit Account,
• Exceptions are the tickets that cannot be- according to the relevant Terms and Conditions and according to the Terms and Conditions of Carriage of ZSSK – cancelled for reasons on the side of the customer (e.g. EUROPA REGIONAL WIEN TICKET purchased online).
