Organisational Units

ZSSK’s organizational structure respects the principles of  the process-management. ZSSK’s  processes are divided into:

  • managing processes
  • main processes
  • supporting processes

The first level of management consists of Divisions. Processes at this level are managed  by the Director General who coordinates activities of Divisions (Business, Operation, Economy, Services and Maintenance), which are further subdivided into Sections.  The second level of management consists of Departments and Sections. Departments are further divided into Units. Sections are further divided into Units, Administrations and Regional Offices. The third level of management consists of Administrations and Units.
