Printed motorail tickets for the route between Slovakia and Czech republic(Humenné/Košice/Poprad-Tatry – Prague) can be cancelled until the train departure from the boarding station of the passenger, with various cancellation fee:

• Return latest 24:00 hrs prior to departure of the train from the passenger’s boarding station – cancellation fee is 10 %
• On the day of the train departure, until the train departure – cancellation fee is 100 %
• Later, the return is not possible to be processed.
• If the cancellation is caused by a railway operator, no cancellation fee is charged.
• The cancellation of internet travel documents is regulated by ZSSK Online Sales Terms and Conditions.
  

Printed and internet motorail tickets for the route Bratislava – Humenné can be cancelled until the train departure from the boarding station of the passenger, with various cancellation fee:

• Return latest 24:00 hrs prior to departure of the train from the passenger’s boarding station – cancellation fee is 10 %
• On the day of the train departure, not later than 3 hrs prior to the train departure – cancellation fee is 50 %
• At latest 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the train from the passenger’s boarding station – cancellation fee is 100 %
• Later, the return is not possible to be processed.
• If the cancellation is caused by a railway operator, no cancellation fee is charged.
