• Train ticket with reservation for the train SC Pendolino Košičan to Prague main station and back,
• 20 % discount for tickets in ZOO Praha (the train ticket to be presented),

• The number of tickets is limited,
• The ticket is valid for 2nd Class coach for the train stated on the ticket,
• The packing cannot be applied for the train departing from Prague on Friday and departing from Košice on Sunday,
• Under standard conditions, it is not possible to change the date for which the ticket was issued.

• Until midnight on the day preceding the 1st day of the ticket validity – the cancellation fee is 10% off the total ticket price,
• Not later than 2 hrs before the planned train departure from its initial station with the cancellation fee up to 50% off the total ticket price,
• Later than 2 hrs before the train departure and after the train departure it is not possible to return the ticket,
• If the reason that obstructed your usage of the ticket is on the carrier side – you can return the ticket without any cancellation fee.

The ticket can be returned at any ZSSK ticket desk equipped with KVC system*. The packing can be returned as a whole, not partially.
