Berth or couchette ticket purchased at ZSSK ticket-desk can be cancelled as follows:
- with 10 % cancellation fee (minimum 1 €), if returned no later than one day prior to the departure of the train from the boarding station,
- with 50 % cancellation fee (minimum 1 €), if returned on the day of departure, prior to the scheduled departure of the train from boarding station,
- if returned later, it is not possible to reimburse the ticket.
