  • the ticket is valid for the bus selected and purchased by passenger
  • the ticket at ZSSK ticket desks can be cancelled at ZSSK ticket desks equipped with KVC* no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of the bus with cancellation fee 10 % (the amount lower than 1 € is not returned)
  • if cancelling a ticket that could be not used because of a fault by the carrier, no cancellation fee is charged
