International Tickets Railjet xpress Disabled passengers in RJX

Railjet xpress offers for persons with reduced mobility a special equipment and services making travelling on a wheelchair as comfortable and easy as possible:

  • onboard lift for wheelchairs
  • 3 wheelchair user spaces in First class at the price of an Economy class ticket
  • wheelchair-accessible toilet
  • power outlets (suitable for wheelchair batteries)
  • space for visually disabled persons and for their guide dogs
  • service call for cabin service
  • cabin service for all food and beverages served by the onboard restaurant

Reservation of the wheelchair space can be ordered using the booking form, non-stop tel. number: 18 188 (+421 24 48 58 188 for international calls), e-mail to: info@slovakrail.sk or at a ticket desk at least 24 hours before the train departure.
Calls to 18 188 are charged at a higher rate, the cost of these calls will not exceed €0.30/min. The price of the call depends on the tariff of your operator.
