EUROPA EXPRES ticket can be purchased also from/to other than the listed stations on the train route. The price will be the same is if purchased from the closest previous or to the next station of those listed in the tables above. For example the EUROPA EXPRES train ticket from Čadca to Kolín will cost the same as if purchased from Žilina to Prague.
