Customer Centres

Information Offices

  • Information on train connections (arrivals, departures, delays) ticket prices, including discounts and conditions of discounts
  • Information offices  do not sell tickets. However, in some of them you can purchase various railway gifts, travel kits or printed train time tables.

Reservation Centre

  • Possibility to reserve a whole coach, get a group discount or book a whole train for your summer journey to the seaside,
