Are you planning your train journey? Or are your friends travelling by train and you want to know when they arrive? Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko, a.s. has several ways of informing its customer about travelling by train. All you need is to come, call or click on the website.

Information Offices

Information Offices provide information about train connections (arrivals, departures, delays), rail products, including discounts and their conditions, however, they do not sell tickets. In some of these offices, it is possible to purchase railway items or travelling kits and train timetables.

Customer Centres

Customer Centres were open at railway stations in Humenné, Zvolen, Liptovský Mikuláš, Poprad, Prešov, Košice, Bratislava and Nové Zámky. The network of Customer Centres will gradually grow also to other towns and tourist centres. Besides ticket sale, our staff at Customer Centres will be pleased to help you with planning your journey, choosing the best connection and informing you about possible discounts. You may find there train timetables, postcards, railway publications and other products.

If you wish to get more information on travelling by train in Slovakia and abroad, all you have to do is call our customer telephone number 18 188. Our team is at your disposal 24 hours a day, ready to answer all your questions related to your journey. You may get information on all train connections, possible delays of individual trains, ticket prices, and conditions of discounts in Slovakia and abroad.

Reservation Centre

If you need to reserve a whole coach, or wish to get a group discount or wish to travel
by train to the seaside in the summer, all you need to do is call the following numbers 02/2029 5508 or 02/2029 2208 or come directly to the Reservation Centre, which is situated in the premises of the main railway station in Bratislava, where you get all the information necessary for your journey.
