The Supervisory Board of Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko, a.s. is the superior control body of the company surveying the activities of the Board of Directors and the business activities of the company. It comprises 6 members and is chaired by Mr. Stanislav Bořuta. Other members of the Supervisory Board are Mr. Milan Mojš (vice-chairman), Mr. Matej Augustín, Mr. Miroslav Baláž, Mr. Jozef Schmidt and Mr. Ján Grieč. Mr. Peter Siváček is the Secretary of the Supervisory Board.
