Company Management

The organisational structure of the company follows the process-management principles. The processes in Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko, a.s. are divided into:
- managing
- main
- supporting
The first level consists of Divisions. The division of managing processes is managed by the Director General who coordinates activities of other Divisions (Business, Operation, Economy and Services), which are further subdivided into Sections.
The second level of management consists of Departments and Sections. Departments are further divided into units, Sections into units, administrations and regional offices.
The third level of management consists of administrations and units.
The company is divided into:

- Business Division
- Operation Division
- Economy Division
- Services Division
