General Assembly

The General Assembly is the supreme body of the company. The competencies and organisational provisions of the General Assembly are laid down in the company Statutes. The Ministry of Transport, Posts and Telecommunications of the Slovak Republic exercises the rights of the shareholder, the Slovak Republic.
