Business Division is responsible for main (business) processes of the company. In the line of the company strategy it is responsible for defining and fulfilling the company business strategy and its marketing plan.
Division prepares and concludes the Public Service Contract with the State and regional authorities. To meet the requirements and conditions of the Public Service Contract it plans the volume and extent of passenger transport, train capacity and quality, timetabling process and prepares tariffs and transport conditions.
Via various distribution channels (internal and external) it sells travelling documents. In order to continuously enhance travelling culture of passenger transport, Division focuses also on development and extension of information services for the customers, on development and offer of new products and other customer services. It trains the sale personnel.
Division is further responsible for monitoring the fulfilment of transport and tariff conditions, for accounting and control of performances in domestic and international transport. It supervises the clearance of company share in international passenger transport and provides for clearance of performances of passenger coaches and share of foreign railway undertakings.
The Business Division comprises:

- Sales Management and Rail Clearing Section
The main sales and information points are the Sale Centres.
